What do you think about tribal casinos?

States are now budgeting in the casino money and relying on people to gamble in order to meet the basic school budget needs. Completely otherwise fiscally responsible people are filing bankruptcies and losing their homes and life savings due to gambling debts. I just saw a commercial on TV promoting these casinos. What is your opinion on this issue?
Do the benefits outweigh the detriments though? Yes the revenue is great but the people that are affected by gambling addiction is becoming a community and social problem.
