Las Vegas and Atlantic City – Which Casino is the best for rewards good at both?

Going to Vegas next week – and was wondering which hotels would be the best bet to gamble in to earn rewards good in Vegas OR Atlantic City?

I live in Jersey and will be in AC in a few months and would like my gambling to at least earn me something that will be good there too!
By Reward I mean comps points etc.
I am not adverse to getting a rewards card for use while playing – just want one where it will do me the best use…
IE – points, rooms, comps etc can be used in AC or Vegas.
